Professional, kind, and helpful! Keeping all the COVID regulations. The food in the restaurant is PHENOMENAL!!!!! One of the best I tried in Italy. room comfort Convenient location -- quiet, green area, outside of touristy center, but convenient to get to all the attractions. Metro station 2 blicks from the hotel. Tasty breakfast with good variety of food. Comfortable beds. Just one little inconvenience for us -- no coffee maker in the room...but we asked for kettle (water boiler) and

The AC didn't work and the room wasn't properly cleaned (lots of dust). So the quality is unequal. But the wifi is fast, staff friendly, and breakfast great.
