The hotel interior is very tired. The rooms are clean and the stuff is very helpful. The waiters in
the restaurant are hard working. Svitlana, the breakfast server is very nice and serves the guest fast. We were very disappointed with the spa. The first day we have booked the spa and it was nice and pleasant. We have booked the spa for another three days in the evenings 7-9 pm. We’re denied one day because the spa was completely booked, according to the spa front desk person. On Saturday night (7-9 pm) October 8, the spa was stuffed with the guests - 32 adults and several children. No room in
the swimming pool, very noisy - overcrowded. Children were running around as if it’s a playground. Definitely not peaceful and restful. We have canceled our next evening in the spa. I assume during the weekends better not to use it. There should be some limitations on how many people can be at the same time in facilities and children shouldn’t run around. It’s actually dangerous for kids. They can fall and hurt themselves - the floors are tiled. Stayed 6 nights in Oct

Property conditions & facilities Great hotel but one significant issue. This hotel is lovely, in a fantastic location and probably the best town on Lake Garda. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic restaurants on the waterfront. However, one of the two hotel buildings also houses a spa, which emits a terrible sulphur smell. This rotten egg smell is in the building reception, but was also particularly strong in one of our rooms.
It was disgusting and hit you every time you went into the room. At first we thought it was the drains. But another guest who was having the same issue told us it was related to one of the treatment areas in the spa. We did ask a couple of times if anything could be done, but it didn’t seem to be a priority. Off site parking was easy to use and provide an electric shuttle service for baggage and ourselves which saved us dragging it through the short but hot journey to the hotel. We had a great time!
